Competencies
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years experience in Engineering Consultancy Firms.
A qualified Graduate Engineer in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Master's Degree/Chartered Engineering is an added advantage.
Have a proven record as a Project Manager.
Business Development
Win business and develop new clients and or build business with existing clients with annual targets to be agreed.
Be ambassadors for Company.
Project Role
- Responsible for managing the Structural Design and Engineering delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the Structural works meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and other disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
- Attend and lead technical meetings with the client, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
- Identify project risks related to structural design and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor project engineers and junior staff, fostering technical development and knowledge sharing within the project team.

Company Role

- Attend team meetings and play an active role in the development of procedures within your team.

Engineering Function
- Be able to present to and advise clients on all engineering issues including concept design, buildability, construction techniques, detailed design, procurement routes, risk assessment and claim assessment.
- Prepare drawings, calculations & models. Review documents prepared by subordinates.
- Have detailed knowledge and be competent in the design and delivery of internal training.
- Have a detailed knowledge of analytical concepts.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
